This was our Eighth Annual Tour. Each one has been breath-taking and this year's tour was no exception. This year provided a light misting of rain most of the day but that kept the day cool and comfortable for everyone. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon, strolling through beautiful gardens, listening to lapping waterfalls, absorbing the scents and colors of springtime and maybe even getting new ideas for your own yard!
We had 10 great ponds scheduled for this
year’s Show-Me This year’s
tour also featured our club's "home" pond at
the “Jim The Wonder Dog Park”.
The water garden in the Jim Park was our club’s 1998 community
service project and continues to be maintained by the Club.
The Jim Garden is located just off the northwest corner of the square
in Proceeds from our water garden tours provide the funds to construct our community service projects each year. |
